Hi! Just an FYI - I got it to work on an incognito mode tab 🙂

Hi there- I am following up on this ticket. I was in touch with the agency I was working with to resolve this. They had reformatted the sheet and I am stll running into the issue of not being able to open the workbooks, or copy a template to my workspace.
