Hi there- I am following up on this ticket. I was in touch with the agency I was working with to resolve this. They had reformatted the sheet and I am stll running into the issue of not being able to open the workbooks, or copy a template to my workspace. Issue Copying External Template in Clay Account

Hi there Clay support team 🙂 I had an external firm share a template with me they had made for my company. I cannot seem to copy the template into my account... Any help here? I have attached the screen shot of what I see. I also cannot open the tabs in the link shared. Many thanks ⭐
