Hey All, I am hiring for: Go to Market Engineer | Tam To Target Tam To Target is a fast-growing GTM agency that builds and runs outbound systems for clients serious about scaling. We specialize in signal-based outbound that combines data, AI, and personalization to generate pipeline that converts. This role is for someone who can run end-to-end builds in Clay. You’ll join our existing GTM Engineering team and own campaign builds across multiple client accounts. We’re in growth mode and still building parts of the machine. If you like moving fast, being scrappy, and helping shape process while you ship, you’ll do well here. Details Contract role with a full-time workload Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm US Eastern Time
Support ~7 client accounts
What you’ll do
Build, enrich, and QA lead lists in Clay (accounts + contacts)
Apply ICP rules, segmentation, suppressions, and dedupe
Write and iterate cold email copy
Launch/manage sequences in EmailBison (our sequencer)
Build clean call lists for our SDR team
Support client handoffs/integrations as needed (often HubSpot)
Keep tracking + notes clean in ClickUp and flag blockers early
Must-haves
Strong, hands-on Clay experience + strong QA discipline
Solid cold email copywriting
Comfortable juggling multiple clients and moving fast without shipping sloppy work
