Just wanted to hop in and respond to a few of your excellent product suggestions:
Joseph Z. This is great! It would be cool if there was like a point/level system for contributing knowledge and answers to questions to encourage participation and to help contributors build a reputation
We have a badges feature and upcoming milestones tracker that will allow us to do precisely this! The best part is you can show it off on social. Look forward to a future rollout. 😎
Ben C. one idea : I imagine the system will pick up on the most popular or valuable message threads. Is there also a way maybe for a user to like “@” a Tightknit bot ? Or for a tightknit bot to reply on a thread to say “this has been stored!”
We support the responder already, and there is a message shortcut that admins can use to post the message to the site. We have turned it off for this community because it can get a bit noisy if it’s consistently posting.
