Also, regarding the name change functionality you mentioned: There is the option to manually use the changed column name in the "Send table data" column settings as shown here (by pressing the green highlighted button):

And you can remap the new column name to an existing column in the new table here (and change the name in the new table) or use the new column name and delete the old one:

Hi Ruben, Thanks for reaching out! I took a look at your "Lookalike Audiences" workbook and the issue you were experiencing. ​

I was able to resolve this by resending the table data from "Contacts Ocean.io," which brought up the option to add the first name as a new column in the "Master Lookalike Contacts" table.

I took these steps to find the "First Name" values:

Click on the first column in the "Master Lookalike Contacts" table to view all the data that's been sent over.

You'll need to scroll down a bit to find the "First Name" value in the list. It's there, but does needs a little scrolling to find it.

Once you locate it, you can select it and add it as a column.

I'd recommend re-running the "send to table" action in the original table, and all your rows should update with the "First name" value.

I've attached a screenshot showing where to find this option.

Hey Ollie, Thank you for contacting us and for sharing the Loom video, it was very helpful in understanding the issue you're experiencing. I raised this with the engineering team, regarding the lack of feedback when pressing the button. We identified that the issue preventing the template from applying, arises when you use a column under the 'parent' path. ​

If you use location_name as the column reference instead (since it's not under the parent path) the template should be working as normal. I've attached a screenshot below:

Thanks for sending over your table. I've reviewed it and the Send table data enrichment does actually look to be working. ​

The enrichment is sending the rows to the bottom of your "Shoaib Issue" table. Scroll past row 59 to see objects in the "Rows from:..." column. The sent rows start around row 317. ​

To extract the data:

(I'd probably recommend deleting the current second column in "Shoaib Issue" and resending the rows from the initial table, just to clean everything up a bit.)

Each row is stored as an object inside of a cell. To pull out the values from the cell:

Double-click the cell containing the object.

And either add the column as a New column or map it to an existing one. ​

You should now be able to extract the Position Name values into a new column in the "Shoaib Issue" table. Let me know if this helps, or if you have any further questions. ​

There are a few ways to move data between tables, depending on your needs.

For one-time transfers: If your column names match exactly across both tables and you only need to move data occasionally, the simplest approach is to highlight and copy the cells, then paste them into your destination table.

For automated, recurring transfers: If you need a more dynamic solution, I'd recommend using the "Send table data" enrichment. This allows you to automatically send rows from one table to another based on your workflow needs. Once you select the Send table data enrichment, you can configure your destination table and which specific rows you'd like to send over in the fields highlighted above.
