This role sits at the intersection of technical execution and campaign delivery — perfect for someone who loves building systems and driving real campaign results. What You’ll Do: MarTech & Automation
Build, optimize, and maintain automated workflows and lead nurture sequences (e.g., in Marketo or similar MAPs).
Manage data segmentation, list builds, and database architecture to support precise audience targeting.
Troubleshoot technical issues across the marketing stack.
Campaign Execution
Execute and QA email marketing campaigns — from newsletters to webinar promotions and nurture programs.
Ensure campaigns go out cleanly and hit performance goals.
Collaboration & Impact
Work cross-functionally with marketing, data, and operations to ensure systems and campaigns run efficiently and with quality.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: ~1-3 years in marketing operations, automation, or technical marketing roles (preferably B2B).
Hands-on Tools: Comfortable with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, etc.).
Detail-Oriented: Strong data and process sense — keeping segments, lists, and workflows clean and scalable.
Communication: Able to clearly communicate technical processes and campaign needs.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce), reporting tools, or workflow automation tools.
Curiosity about AI/automations to improve workflows.
