Adam D. someone sends an email saying "our tool will get you 10 meetings a week guaranteed by pairing you up with influencers" the person seeing it gets excited, books a meeting, only to find out that the tool is really just a 'glorified' email marketing platform and you have to basically of all the work. Than they realize that the 'offer' in the email was just clickbait.
Usually, I've found this problem to be an offer problem, where the offer is misleading and when the prospect gets on the phone, they're not being pitched what they're promised
i use instantly's built in tools and it's always worked great. Not the cheapest option, but we've gotten some great results. Don't go out of microsoft or google infra setups. The custom ones are a mess from what I hear
