Hi Bo, thanks for getting back to me! In terms of what would be fair, I’d ideally hope for a full refund, since the enrichments didn’t provide any meaningful value and were completely unintentional. I also see numerous other examples in this Slack of users receiving refunds for accidental credit usage. That said, if a full refund isn’t possible, I’d be grateful for any partial refund you can offer. I appreciate your consideration and am glad to hear the UX suggestion will be shared with the team!
