Short version of me: for the last 3 years I've run my own outbound & AI-automation agency, solo. Around 80% of my time went into cold outbound, but I also owned deliverability, sales, and everything else that comes with running your own thing - so I've learned this craft from every angle, not just one.
What I actually do: I build and run cold outbound machines end to end - ICP research, sourcing, waterfall enrichment, verification, AI personalization, deliverability infrastructure (domain pools, warmup, inbox placement across hundreds of mailboxes), campaigns, and reply handling. The whole thing is orchestrated through Claude Code - plain-English SOPs on top, deterministic Python/JS underneath - so a full campaign cycle goes from ICP work to live sending in a couple of days.
I've also built full systems for clients, like a 50-state US lead-gen platform their own team runs without me - n8n backend, multi-source scraping, enrichment, verification, dashboard and all.
