Who We’re Looking For
A Go-To-Market Engineer who can turn data, tools, and AI into a revenue machine. Someone who knows how to connect systems, automate workflows, and push growth through structured experimentation.
What You’ll Do
• Build and scale AI-powered GTM systems — from data sourcing to outreach to conversion.
• Operate a modern AI-driven stack: Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Make/Zapier, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.
• Scrape, clean, and structure data from LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Google Maps, and more to create high-quality lead lists.
• Use AI for enrichment, segmentation, personalization, and lead scoring.
• Launch and test creative outbound campaigns — new angles, hooks, formats.
• Write compelling outreach copy (email, LinkedIn, scripts) — ideally with smart prompting.
• Analyze performance, run A/B tests, and iterate fast based on actionable insights.
