See if there are specific communities online where those coaches would be more likely to discuss things! Even "sports teacher / head coach" is fairly vague - I know, for example, that many US college sports coaches can be found on instagram. High school coaches, you'd have a harder time. And European coaches wouldn't be as active on insta, so you'd have to try somewhere else. It might also vary from one sport to the next.

You can turn on auto-deduplication for rows from table settings! You need a single column with a unique ID to de-duplicate on.
