What you'll own:
• The full GTM tech stack — HubSpot/Salesforce, Clay, Zapier, Make, ZoomInfo, Apollo
• Data pipelines that keep our lead data clean, scored, and prioritized
• AI-powered outreach infrastructure — personalized at scale, not spray-and-pray
• Dashboards and attribution models that tell the team what's *actually* working
• Playbooks and workflows that make the entire BDR team better
You're the right fit if:
✅ You think like an engineer but speak sales
✅ You've worked in Sales, RevOps, or Sales Engineering — ideally in B2B SaaS
✅ You're comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and light scripting (Python/JS)
✅ You make decisions with data, not gut feelings
✅ You want to own something — not maintain someone else's mess
