Hiring: GTM Engineer $1.5-5k OTE, base + comp
Looking for someone who can own outbound campaigns end-to-end.
This is not a VA role.
This is not a pure copywriting role.
This is not a pure technical role.
You should be comfortable:
- building campaigns from A-Z
- researching ICPs and markets
- writing copy
- working with APIs
- using Claude Code / Codex
- cleaning and enriching data
- building simple automations
- iterating based on reply rates
- figuring things out without being micromanaged
You'll be working across:
- LinkedIn outbound
- email outbound
- data enrichment
- targeting
- positioning
- campaign optimization
Ideal background:

Requirements:
- autonomous
- strong English
- high agency
- comfortable learning new tools quickly
- can execute without constant supervision
Bonus:
- experience with Prospeo, Blitz API, Claude Code, Codex, Unipile, Sales Navigator or similar tooling
