find the AEs internally with highest close rates and listen to gong calls on 2x to see what they say and how they do it. after reviewing a handful, ask for a 1:1 with them to get the strategy behind the words. you don’t have to copy 1 for 1 what they do, but it a way to ramp quickly with your own company’s products and reference for what works.
imo, generic advice from influencers and such can only get you so far. really successful reps have deep industry knowledge and truly know the pains and prospects.
