I submitted the credit refresh tool via the Cohort page less than an hour ago. The first time was about a week ago, right when I enrolled in the program—I used all my credits during the trial. Let me know if I should resend it or if you need anything else. Thanks!

Request for Credit Refill Assistance - Cohort 18

Hello Clay Support Team, I’m part of Cohort 18 and I’ve completely run out of credits. I have already submitted the credit refill form three times, but I still haven’t received the additional credits. Could you please check on this and help me get the refill so I can continue with my activities? Thank you for your assistance.
