We’re hiring a GTM Engineer at brand.ai to help systemize and scale our GTM motion.
Looking for someone to own end-to-end GTM systems across automation workflows, data enrichment, CRM architecture, outbound sequencing, and integrations.
About brand.ai
brand.ai is the operating system for modern brand work. It turns enterprise brand knowledge into structured, usable systems — making voice, positioning, and decision-making accessible across teams, tools, and workflows.
Scope:
Build + maintain GTM workflows (outbound, enrichment, routing)
Own CRM structure and data flow
Set up integrations across tools (lead capture, enrichment, sequencing, etc.)
Improve lead capture → qualification → follow-up loops
Work closely with marketing + sales to iterate fast
Setup:
Full-time, offshore contractor position
Compensation: ~$3,500–4,500/month
Flexible timezone (~2–3 hrs Pacific overlap)
Ideal regions: Latin America, South/Southeast Asia, or Eastern Europe
