CRM Engineer (Salesforce, HubSpot) at Kinetyca ABOUT KINETYCA We are a B2B go-to-market agency. We build custom outbound, inbound and RevOps systems for clients across the US and Europe, and we run them on the client's own stack. Our team is small, senior and fully remote. THE ROLE We are hiring a CRM Engineer to own the build side of our client RevOps work. Today that means Salesforce and HubSpot. Tomorrow it means whatever our clients run. We already work in Attio, and we take on new systems regularly, so this role suits someone who thinks in data models rather than in one vendor's UI. This is a build role, not a client-facing one. Our GTM strategists own the client relationship and hand you scoped specs. You design and ship the system. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Design and build CRM data models: objects, properties, relationships, account hierarchies, record types
Build automation in Salesforce Flow and HubSpot workflows, and know when not to automate something
Own data quality: deduplication logic, normalization, validation rules, field governance
Run migrations and bulk operations, including sandbox to production deployments
Build and debug integrations between the CRM and the wider GTM stack (enrichment, sequencers, n8n, APIs, webhooks)
Build reporting that a CRO will actually trust: pipeline, funnel, attribution
Document what you build so the client's team can operate it after handover
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Required:
Hands-on build experience in at least two different CRMs, one of which is Salesforce or HubSpot
Strong grasp of relational data modeling and why it differs between platforms
Real experience with data hygiene work: dedup, field standardization, import cleanup
Comfort with APIs, webhooks and sync debugging
Deployment discipline. You test in sandbox, you do not build straight into production
Written English strong enough to work asynchronously across time zones
Certifications (strongly preferred, at least one):
Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator
Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II
Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
HubSpot Operations Hub or Revenue Operations
Nice to have:
Apex, SOQL or custom API development
Experience at a Salesforce or HubSpot partner agency
Familiarity with modern GTM tooling: Clay, n8n, Smartlead, HeyReach, Attio
Multi-client or agency background
HOW WE WORK Fully remote and async. Small senior team, no layers. You will work directly with our founders and GTM strategists. We use AI tooling heavily and expect you to as well. WHAT WE OFFER
between 4k and 8k USD per month based on experience
Full time or Contractor
Time Zone: We work EST - New York Time Zone
Variety. You will touch many stacks and many industries instead of maintaining one org for years
Please send me your application and answer why you think you are a good fit. Additionally please answer this: Describe a CRM migration or cleanup you ran. What was broken, what you changed, and what you deliberately chose not to migrate. Applications without an answer to that question will not be reviewed
