🚀 Hiring: Director of Go-To-Market (GTM) @ TAM to Target | Remote (US-based)
We’re building custom signal-based GTM Operating Systems for ambitious B2B companies, and we’re hiring a Director of GTM to lead the charge. You’ll sit at the intersection of outbound execution, systems design, and client strategy, owning the build and performance of cold email and cold call campaigns powered by tools like Clay, Smartlead, Hubspot, Lemlist, and Octave.
What you’ll do:
Own campaign strategy, and oversee sequencing and execution across email, LI, + phone
Ideate directly with clients on outbound campaigns and signal strategies
Lead a team of GTM Engineers and VAs to launch and manage campaigns
Collaborate with SDR and other internal teams
Oversee CRM field mapping and campaign infrastructure
Build and refine repeatable systems to scale our GTM Operating System (GTMOS)
Drive creative outbound plays using real-time data, signals, and AI workflows
You might be a fit if you have:
3+ years in outbound sales, RevOps, or GTM strategy roles
Experience managing teams or contractors in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with outbound tech like Clay, Smartlead, Hubspot, Lemlist, and Octave
A process-driven mindset with strong creative instincts
Excellent project management and client communication skills
Accepted that your a GTME at heart
