i suggest using trykit, it is really helpful before going to waterfall. Other methord is look what is the company follow to write an email(work email) (Please use this as the last option)

If i had been in this situation, what i would do is that i would take a real world problem(divide in three sections)--small company- mid and enterprise-- understand the problem statement as they have different class of problem , and keep in mind that to brain strom first and understand the ain points of the company, use clay for enrichment 1st. and then follow the other proceess. Ask for claude to give a problem statement-- solve it end to end-- use resources and question forums to ask the questions.. It will all depend on the approch which you take, if you will take it with the reference of just list building you will miss something there, real GTM comes before and after that.
