Hiring: Enterprise GTM Engineer / Account Manager
We’re a turnkey AI-powered sales automation agency looking for an experienced GTM Engineer to fully own enterprise client accounts. This is not a junior-level role. You’ll manage client relationships end-to-end while also building and optimizing outbound systems.
Compensation starts at $1,000+ per client per month, with significant growth opportunities as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
Own client accounts from onboarding through ongoing management
Run weekly client meetings and provide clear reporting/updates
Design and maintain outbound systems (Clay, EmailBison, Heyreach, n8n)
Keep pipelines full and healthy with clean, enriched, and up-to-date lead data
Monitor inbox health, deliverability, and outbound performance
Document tasks and recaps in ClickUp
Skills & Experience:
2+ years in GTM ops, rev ops, or outbound account management
Strong client management and english communication skills
Hands-on experience with Clay, n8n, and outbound tools (EmailBison/Smartlead/Instantly & Heyreach/LGM)
Familiarity with enrichment tools (Apollo, Apify, Trigify, LeadMagic, etc.)
Ability to overlap 4-6 hours daily with US EST or PST time zones (all clients are US based)
