Yea it feels like most of the community feels less safe now with Clay. If you throttle the water tap once and charge 0.1 for it why not twice? at the end of the day everybody put their eggs on one basket and crossed their fingers that nothing can go wrong and here we are without any notice or prior feedbacks
Another great feature would be to offer users to auto normalize and clean CSV fields (Full Names, Company Names and domains) when importing a CSV + paying for it on spot instead of doing it manually one by one (Totally get templates exists)
