We're Hiring: GTM Engineer (Clay / Automation) – Contract → Potential Full Time
We’re an established (20+ yrs) and growing executive search firm building out our Clay-powered sourcing and outbound infrastructure and are looking for a senior GTM engineer to help architect and build systems.
Initial scope includes:
• Clay tables and enrichment workflows
• Sales Navigator / LinkedIn data pipelines
• outbound sequencing (Clay → Lemlist / Instantly)
• webhook and automation integrations
• lead replenishment systems
• workflow optimization and documentation
Ideal experience:
• deep Clay expertise
• LinkedIn / Sales Navigator enrichment pipelines
• recruiting or outbound lead-gen workflows
• data sourcing / signal-based pipelines
• GTM engineering or RevOps automation
Requirements
• senior operators only
• prior Clay build experience
• EST working overlap required
