Amit K. Clay S. This is unfair. I specifically asked for this. You can check this thread, I have attached screenshot. When I specifically asked for it. It was confirmed to me. No body talked about either OR. If this was the scenario, I would have cancelled my subscription and gone to another tool to solve my use-case. I definitely want the refund. But credits should be added as it's not my fault. Things were stalled on your end. Amit, do you still think that my ask in unjust?

Amit K. It doesn't help. I have been charges with $149. The reason I couldn't end the work was due to the issue from your side. It doesn't make sense to me that we are charges irrespective of that. In addition, please check the thread, I was promised of getting an extension. I want a refund of $149. Clay S. This is unfair.
