The role is hands-on; you'd own 2–5 client engagements at a time. That means running kickoffs, driving architecture decisions, managing scope, and having the hard conversations when needed. You're building and configuring, not just advising — complex Flow automation, data model design, and integration architecture across Sales Cloud, FSC, Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Agentforce on the SF side, + Claude, Clay, and more.
The AI piece is real. You'd be building enrichment pipelines, AI agents that act on CRM data, and LLM integrations into client workflows. You don't need to be an ML engineer, but you need to have built something that works.
You'd also be leading a small delivery team — consultants and admins working alongside you. Real feedback, setting standards, not letting things linger.
