Hey everyone ๐ Gabriele here, from Italy.
My background is a bit unusual for sales: I started as a CNC operator, then spent years as a PLC/SCADA developer building industrial automation software, commissioning machines on-site across the EU and training operators. That technical foundation is something I still lean on every day when talking to founders and engineers.
About 6 years ago I moved into B2B sales: corporate first, then a big SME, then most recently I helped scale a startup from โฌ3.5M to โฌ11.5M ARR in two years, with the team growing from 30 to 120.
Now I'm running my own thing, helping agencies, software houses, and B2B services figure out the right GTM motion to enter the market (the technical background helps a lot when the product is complex).
Clay is genuinely one of the tools I have the most fun with, and I'd love to swap notes with people pushing it further than me. If you're up for hearing a weird Italian accent, happy to chat anytime ๐ฎ๐น
have great weekend!
