We’re looking for someone who can handle cold email replies and convert them into booked calls.
What you’ll do:
• Manage high-volume cold email replies
• Convert interested prospects into meetings
• Handle objections professionally
• Suggest improvements to templates
• Track daily performance metrics
Requirements:
• 1+ year experience with cold email / SDR inboxes
• Strong written English
• Familiar with Gmail, HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly, etc.
• Comfortable working with KPIs
💰 Compensation: Base + bonus per qualified meeting (uncapped upside)
