Hey all - Justworks is looking to hire a GTM Engineer in NYC (hybrid 2x-3 days per week)- quick overview:
Design and scale GTM systems and data architecture to power the full revenue engine
Integrate Salesforce, Zendesk, and Snowflake to streamline data flow and visibility
Build and automate workflows using tools like Zapier, n8n, Clay, or similar platforms
Embed AI/ML to optimize GTM processes and drive efficiency
Partner with BI to deliver real-time reporting on pipeline health and KPIs
Build infrastructure for agile experimentation and scalable lifecycle campaigns
Ideal Experience:
2-4+ years of experience in GTM systems, RevOps engineering, or a related field within SaaS.
Strong fluency in SQL, familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, or similar ELT frameworks.
Experience automating workflows Zapier or n8n
Comfort with various tools such as Salesforce, Clay, Gainsight, Zendesk, etc.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML models or integrating large language model tools into operations is a plus.
Strong communication skills, able to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.
