Compensation
$100k to $120k base depending on experience level
$150-$180k OTE + equity in a fast-growing startup

The Role
We already have a growing sales team. Most core GTM systems are built and live today. This role is about taking ownership of that foundation and making it scale. You will improve what exists, run experiments, and make pipeline impact.

Cold email system
Cold call system
Outbound data quality and workflows
System improvements tied to pipeline results
What We're Looking for:
1+ year GTM engineering experience
Agency or multi-client background preferred
Former sales or marketing background
Strong grasp of lead gen, marketing and sales workflows
