🧬 Hiring: AI Demand Generation & Outreach Specialist at Sapient Bioanalytics (biotech, San Diego) We're looking for someone who builds outbound with AI every day: finding the list, enriching it, writing the copy, running the sequence, and handling replies until a meeting is booked. The main measure of success is qualified meetings created. What you'd do • Build AI-assisted outbound campaigns to pharma and biotech scientific leaders (translational medicine, biomarkers, target discovery) for our proteomics and metabolomics services • Build prospect lists from conference speaker and exhibitor lists and similar sources, then enrich them and check them against the CRM • Write copy that senior scientists actually reply to, and QC every campaign before it goes out • Test angles, timing and sequence length, and feed what you learn back into targeting Who fits • 1–3 years in life-science marketing, SDR or commercial work, with a life-science degree or equivalent exposure • You use Claude or ChatGPT daily and check the output against the source • You're comfortable running scripts, editing CSVs and using git • Clay, Smartlead, Apollo or Sales Nav experience is a strong plus 🌐 Location: the posting says US remote, but we're open to international candidates. International hires would be full-time contractors. The one firm requirement is several hours of daily overlap with US Pacific time. 💰 Pay: $70–95K base plus $10K variable tied to meetings booked. That range is for US-based full-time employees.
