🕒 Hours: Full-Time (40 hours/week) | UK Time Zone
💰 Salary: $1,200 - $1,800 USD
🚨 Mandatory: Agency Cold Email Experience & Deep Clay Expertise
About the Role: We’re looking for a highly execution-focused GTM Engineer to build, launch, and scale outbound growth systems for international clients. This isn't a generic marketing gig—it’s a systems-builder role requiring deep expertise in cold email, Clay-based data architecture, deliverability management, and automation workflows. You will take full ownership of outbound engines from strategy to long-term maintenance.
What You'll Actually Do:
🎯 Research client industries to build detailed ICPs and targeted prospect lists using Clay and Apollo.
📞 Build and manage accurate lists for our calling team (15+ callers) alongside our campaign managers.
✍️ Develop campaign strategies and write cold email sequences that actually get replies.
⚙️ Automate and scale processes using Clay workflows, spreadsheets, and whatever else makes sense.
🧠 Think critically about targeting strategy, not just scraping names from a database.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Real agency experience with B2B lead generation, prospecting, or sales ops.
✅ Hands-on mastery of Clay and Apollo (or ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc.).
✅ Elite cold email copywriting skills—you understand the psychology of a reply.
✅ Technical ability to build automations and go beyond basic spreadsheet formulas.
✅ Highly self-directed problem solver (we don't micromanage) with strong written/spoken English.
Nice to Haves:
🌟 Experience with EmailBison or similar cold email platforms.
🌟 Comfortable with light scripting or no-code/low-code platforms.
🌟 Experience working with European or US-based B2B companies.
🌟 Understanding of the SaaS and/or logistics/supply chain industries.
