Hey Alex James have you tried using our new "Send table data" integration? You can try using that and it should be a bit easier to use. Simply add an Only run if condition that checks if the checkbox is checked

You should be able to use the Lookup enrichment to check if the domain exists in the accounts table, and reference that in your condition

You can use the Use AI button to generate a formula for you with the right syntax! Here's an example

Send table data is a beta feature, so happy to hear any feedback, especially if you've used Write to Table in the past!

Hi Bryce! I'm an engineer, looking into this but I can't reproduce it -- I'm able to remove the validation provider and save the waterfall, and the validation columns are deleted. Could you attach the table or workbook you're running into issues on?

Hi Henry! This is an upcoming feature in the next few weeks 🙂 for now, column groups are automatically created for waterfalls and message drafts.

Workbook duplication is available in beta and will be generally available soon!

Gotcha, thanks for the feedback Jaydin! I'm an engineer working on workbooks. Workbooks shouldn't slow down the performance of any singular table, but I can definitely note that it takes a while to load tables when you switch between tabs.
