Your engineer currently investigating and flagged this as a bug in Clay's system because it happened again with my workbook and I've asked if this points to the problem you raised and it is not. Unfortunately, it should have been investigated last time, because now is costing me time and money for my client and loosing all my work.

Yes, I do understand that everyone says that this is a very much of a inconvenience and that they are very sorry, but the problem is that I do not have a EST for this to be resolved as this is a bug that was flagged multiple times by me and, in fact, it didn't get resolved in the past. There were multiple collogues to whom I've discussed and assured me that everything works just fine, but in fact the problem was still there. In fact, as I told you, some of them tried to blame me for the issue, they didn't even consider that might have been a bug. I am waiting to resume my work because right now I loose money because of this issue.

That's very disappointing to hear, it will probably cost my company a client because of this issue with the workbook. Last time I asked a Clay teammate to tell me why this happened and he blamed me for switching accounts without logging out and we both know that this isn't the issue but a bug in your system.

The problem is that I had problems with this workbook in the past as well and this is the third time that is happening and I don't want to lose work for my client
