Using Clay to Enrich HubSpot: Building Active Lists of Updated Records

Hi all, Enriching HubSpot with Clay intergation is such a great use case. Pushing companies/contacts to HS and identifying them in a list is simple via the record source & record source detail properties for newly created records.

How to you identify "updated" HS records? e.g. Company ABC has been updated and enriched in 2 properties (e.g. Linkedin Page and a custom property) via Clay.

How can you build an active list of these companies? Would like to use these for reporting further down the line. Thanks in advance!
