📞 Hiring: Part-Time Warm Caller / Appointment Setter (Remote) FlowLead helps B2B companies generate sales opportunities through outbound campaigns. We’re looking for a confident appointment setter to call prospects who have already responded positively and shown interest. These are warm calls. No cold calling. Schedule & workload • Remote and open worldwide • Must be available Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm US Eastern Time • Approximately 5 hours of actual calling per week • New interested leads must be called within 10 minutes of receiving the notification • Other flexible work is fine, provided it never delays these calls What you’ll do • Call interested prospects through LeadHero • Have natural, professional conversations • Answer basic questions and move prospects toward a meeting • Book meetings and record the call outcome • Retry warm leads who don’t answer You’re a good fit if • Your spoken English is excellent • You sound confident, natural, and professional on the phone • You have appointment-setting or sales experience • You’re proactive, reliable, responsive, and good at finding solutions • You have stable internet, a good headset, and a quiet workspace Compensation • $150 monthly availability retainer • $10 for every meeting booked • $50 bonus if your monthly average first-call time is under 5 minutes • $50 bonus if you book at least 30 meetings At 30 meetings with both bonuses earned, total compensation is $550. More meetings means more pay. We provide training videos, SOPs, coaching, and alignment calls.
