Hey all. I’d love some input on pricing strategy for Clay implementations. I’m currently scoping a build for a stealth AI company targeting finance/payments (200+ employees, US-based). The project includes:
3 ICPs with firmographic + technographic filters
Signals like leadership changes, legacy tech, AI adoption, etc.
CRM integration (Pipedrive)
Deduplication + enrichment workflows
Weekly delivery volume of 100–200 leads
I’ve seen prices all over the map (some quoting $30K–$50K?!), but curious what’s fair and typical for something like this. Would love to hear what others are charging or being paid for similar setups. Whether you’re freelancing or working through an agency.
Also open to advice on how to think about phased pricing vs. retainers or packaging new ICPs. Thanks in advance!
