Is there any way to build a sort of "knowledge base" in Clay? Like Custom Knowledge base around my business, solutions delivered, pains solved, ICP and buyer personas, etc? (it'd be cool to plug and play custom knowledge bases into different Claygent/LLMs set-ups --> right now I'd have to save those Claygent set-up as templates and then twist the prompt/system prompt based on task/goal ahead)

Hey Clayers - anybody can explain what's happening to this email waterfall? Some rows prompted each provider to run even when finding emails, and results are not output in the final merge column (what's going on? As if each provider was running standalone, but conditionality is enabled under the waterfall)
