Description: We’re hiring a Lead Gen Manager to take full ownership of outbound strategy and execution at Topline Pro. You’ll build and scale always-on campaigns email campaigns that drive qualified leads using data, automation, and creativity. You’ll explore additional channels and partner closely with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to build a repeatable pipeline engine. We’re growing fast and looking for someone ready to own it end-to-end.
Employment Type: Full Time
Compensation: $100–120k base + equity
Experience: 6+ years total marketing experience, including 2+ years focused on outbound or email-based lead gen. Clay experience welcome but not required.
