Getting Started with Clay: Insights on Automated Outbound and More

Hi All, I'm new to Clay - signed up for a trial and now going to upgrade across to the Explorer package. I've been through the University 101 and Automated Outbound but still have a load of questions. I have a few use cases which I'm wanting to use Clay for which are Automated Outbound (at scale) as well as Automating Inbound and Automating Client research/Customer Engagement
