Introduction and Growth Journey from Independent Marketing Lead to GTM Engineer Aspirant in B2B SaaS

Hey everyone! I'm Christian, based in Palm Springs, CA moving to Bay Area this summer. I've spent the past two years as the Growth Lead for my own small marketing agency, XC Media. Built and ran outbound campaigns end to end, automated CRM and lead routing with Zapier and GoHighLevel, and grew it from $0 to $100K ARR across 15+ client businesses. All self-taught Right now I'm heads-down in Clay, building out real use cases tied to a revenue outcome, and working toward a GTM Engineer role at a B2B SaaS company. My hope is that getting genuinely fluent in Clay and GTM more broadly is what bridges the gap between what I've built solo and what a company like that actually needs.
