👋 Hey everyone! I’m Robert, founder of Focused Staffing Group (FSG) — we provide staffing solutions for K-12 schools and behavioral health organizations across multiple states. I’m using Clay to build an AI-driven sales and recruiting autopilot — something that not only identifies schools actively hiring and the decision-makers behind those postings, but also discovers qualified educators and clinicians (teachers, SLPs, OTs, RBTs, etc.) for our recruiting team. The goal is to have Clay continuously feed both sides of our business — helping sales personalize outreach to new districts, and helping recruiting source top talent automatically — all connected through Lemlist + HubSpot.
