Introduction: Zimkitha, GTM Engineer Specializing in Outbound Infrastructure and Automation

Hey, I am so excited to finally be a part of this community. I'm Zimkitha. I am based in Johannesburg, South Africa. GTM Engineer building outbound infrastructure. My background is in business operations, with years of managing CRM systems, coordinating outbound campaigns, and keeping commercial teams running. That experience showed me exactly where GTM breaks down in practice. Bad data. Slow routing. Manual work that should never exist. So I moved from fixing those problems manually to engineering the fix. I work across the full outbound stack, Apollo, Clay, n8n, Make.com, HubSpot, Reoon, and Smartlead. Recently shipped a production GTM Lead Automation System and a Glass Box AI Sales Copilot built in raw Python with OpenAI. HubSpot certified. I am a big believer in clean, auditable architecture systems where every input, logic node, and output is traceable. No black boxes. No AI with unchecked write-access.
