Seeking Insights: Discuss Your Operations in SaaS Roles

Hi all, I'm working on a personal research doc for for all of is in the ops industry. Working on getting different viewpoints around how you do Ops! I'm not selling any products, platforms or services. I'll likely release initial observations as linkedin posts. As well as an ungated long form document and substack blog. My ask: Who's interested in having a 15-25 minute discussion about how you do ops in your SaaS role? You never need to say where you work, but describe the industry and who your competitors are would be useful information to better identify the vertical you are in.
