Exploring Winning B2B Acquisition Strategies for Startup Growth
Hi I am Ali, I ran a startup studio (a YC model but bootstrapped) for the better part of my career where we helped early stage tech companies with GTM engineering. Our way to doing it was before these cool tools and AI came out. We had squads with an engineer, a strategist and a martech expert. We built engines to do experiments at scale. We acquired millions of users, helped companies 3x their ARRs and did an insane amount of experiments. Those were fun timed. What we were doing is now GTM and you need donโt a squad.
