Leveling Up GTM Engineering Skills to Enhance SDR Team Leadership and Automation Expertise
Hey everyone, I'm Sudeep, based in Bangalore, India. I currently lead the SDR team at Netcore Unbxd. On GTM Engineering, I'd say I know the basics. I understand where it can make a difference and how it helps an SDR prospect faster, smarter, and more effectively. What I'm looking to pick up from this community is the hands-on side: setting up the infra, building automation, designing workflows, all that good stuff. Clay, being the bible of GTM, would love to explore how it could help me do things which I want. My goal is to first level up my skills, then transition into a GTM Engineering role. Sales development as a function is evolving fast, and I believe GTM is where the world is heading. Don't want to miss the bus. As an SDR leader, I think you add a lot more value to your team when you have real hands-on expertise in GTME, not just theoretical knowledge. Excited to learn alongside everyone here.
