Hi all! I'm Stephann from Canada, a SDR/BDR and Marketer at QuestionPro. I've been exploring tech stack to scale our outbound and came across Clay some weeks ago. So, I have been exploring the tool to see if it is the right fit for us!
Welcome, Stephann! Are there some specific use cases you're exploring? Happy to point you in the right direction for resources etc. if so!
Hi Jake, thanks for reaching out and congrats on your great result at the Clay Cup π ... To be fair with you I am still exploring what the right workflow is for me (Prospecting, enriching, outreach and management). So, I am trying to see where Clay fits in all that. I appreciate the 50+ sources for enrichment vs Apollo (single database). So, I guess now I am trying to explore how to make the most of Clay for my GTM which is at fairly early stages.
Hey Stephann J. welcome! π great to have you here clay is a game-changer for outbound if used right we actually help teams like yours set up full outbound systems inside Clay (from lead sourcing to enrichment to syncing with outreach tools)
Thanks, Stephann J.! - hoping to bring it home in September π π and sounds great. What I'd say is that most folks start with Clay for exactly what you mention above, bringing enrichment into one place - but the e2e workflow you mentioned above can absolutely be stitched together inside of Clay. Sounds like you're on the right path though -> getting the actual workflow nailed first before trying to automate/stitch together inside of Clay. There's a bunch of templates in the resources section of the Clay website. For outbound, check out Eric @ Growth Engine X on YouTube for some awesome insights, and would recommend jumping into a Clay cohort, 100% free and run by the Clay team. Should give you a solid foundation to build from, and always happy to jam if I can help π
Giving you the best of luck with the cup π.. Thanks for the resources Jake G.! I already signed up for the cohort on the 22nd, thought that would be indeed the best way to learn. Outside of what you shared, anything that you find helped you considerably with Clay? (It could even be reading about completely different topics, than then translated into your Clay usage).
