Seeking Recommendations for Email Deliverability Specialists for B2B SaaS

Does anyone have an email deliverability specialist they love? For B2B SaaS using HubSpot with large contact list and unusually large bounce rate on marketing email campaigns. We've tried using new subdomains and mailboxes - may be related.

are you using the same email domain for both outbound and marketing use cases? is this your primary domain? for example: clay.com vs. hi.clay.com
how old is the subscriber list? have the emails been verified in the past year?
are you leveraging suppression lists for inactive subs?
