Has anyone ever used Clay for personal apartment shopping? It's pretty useful. Claygent isn't very good at extracting pricing or fees from the websites, or maybe I'm not very good at getting the right prompt. It is awesome to have a list of every apartment in my area in a csv that I can sort by review amount and rating.
Apify has a few real estate focused scrapers (Realtor/Zillow) that you can push listings actively into Clay tables. I do this for interior design firms
I haven't heard much about people using Clay specifically for personal apartment shopping, but that sounds like a pretty awesome use case. Having a list of apartments in a CSV, sorted by reviews and ratings, would definitely make the process easier. As for Claygent, you're right it can be a bit hit or miss with pricing and fees, especially if you're not using the right prompts. I imagine it's more focused on pulling basic data, so extracting more detailed pricing info might need a little fine tuning on your end.
