It looks like a lot of ppl have been using RB2B to import website visitors to clay and then do outreach from there. We use instantly for cold email outreach and they have a website visitor tracker as well. Is it possible to bring those contacts into clay, compare them against our existing customer base, divide them into categories, and then reach out if they fit certain filters? I'd rather have one website tracker with Instantly instead of adding in RB2B to the mix as well for simplicity sake. Open for feedback and suggestions here.
Great question, Joe! I'll let others share their thoughts here on how they're approaching it. If instantly has the option to send those results to a webhook, that's how you can import them into Clay. In that table, you can then run a Lookup to check if they exist in your database (CRM, spreadsheet, or sequencer) to then conditionally enrich and categorize them, if needed, based on if they're found or not. This may be a bit more of a surface level explanation but guessing you have specific criteria in mind to configure into the logic, but formulas will help a lot. [App: Article Inserter]
