Hey hey! Was hoping the HubSpot native integration would be a real time sync - I think it's every 24 hours? Unless I am missing something (No, I don't want to press a button manually, that defeats the purpose). If I setup a webhook would that be more "real-time"? Goal is to have all form fills get searched for mobile and a few other things, enrich and push back as quick as possible for my SDRs.
We understand you're looking for a real-time sync solution for HubSpot integration. While our native HubSpot integration is available only on Pro plans, you can achieve near real-time sync using webhooks on the Explorer Plan. Webhooks allow instant data transfer between applications when events occur, making them ideal for your needs. You can set up a webhook in Clay to receive form fill data from HubSpot, then use our HTTP API to enrich and push the data back to HubSpot quickly. To set this up: 1. Create a webhook table in Clay (video tutorial available). 2. Configure HubSpot to send form submissions to your Clay webhook. 3. Use Clay's HTTP API to enrich the data and push it back to HubSpot. This approach should provide the near real-time sync you're looking for, ensuring your SDRs get enriched data quickly.

Amazing thanks.
It did.
Upgrade or webhook
Glad I could help. Let me know if you need anything else.
Both options have their merits, depending on your needs: 1. Upgrading to Pro: • Offers native HubSpot integration • Includes CRM integrations and up to 50,000 people/company searches • Provides a more streamlined experience 2. Setting up a webhook: • Available on the Explorer Plan • Enables near real-time data transfer • Requires manual configuration using HubSpot's REST API and Clay's HTTP API If you need a seamless, out-of-the-box solution and can benefit from other Pro features, upgrading might be best. If you're comfortable with API setup and want a cost-effective near real-time solution, the webhook approach could work well.
Was that helpful?
Okay now I am a touch confused - I am on the pro plan and do have the native hubspot integration but it appears to only be able to sync manually or once a day - is that correct?
I apologize for the confusion earlier. Let me clarify: Our native HubSpot integration on the Pro plan isn't limited to manual or once-a-day syncs. You can update CRM sources, including HubSpot, on an hourly basis. For immediate updates, you can manually select the "Update now" option in each source menu. We've also recently enhanced our HubSpot integration with new features like "Create Object," "Update Object," and "Lookup Object" actions. These improvements allow for more efficient data syncing between Clay and HubSpot. If you need near real-time syncing, consider using webhooks or our HTTP API in combination with these new features. This approach can provide more frequent updates than the hourly sync. If you're still experiencing issues or need more frequent syncing, please request human assistance for a more detailed solution.

Kind of - just doesn't seem like it's every hour - I am working out of this workbook https://app.clay.com/workspaces/480827/workbooks/wb_5PXou2ybZUmy/tables/t_g7edHm2tzsqN/views/gv_KAK3Hr2s8mSf All the created at times look like they are syncing in batches at one time, not every hour - what am I missing?
Our HubSpot integration on the Pro plan should update hourly, but the actual sync frequency can vary. Here's what you can do: 1. Check your source settings: Go to Sources, find your HubSpot source, and verify the update schedule. 2. Use "Update now": For immediate updates, use the "Update now" option in the source menu. 3. Review HubSpot list settings: If you're using a specific HubSpot list, its update schedule might affect syncing. 4. Consider data volume: Large datasets might take longer to sync, appearing as batches. If you're still not seeing hourly updates, there might be a technical issue. In that case, please request human assistance for a more detailed investigation of your specific setup.
