Auto-Enrichment of Salesforce Leads with Clay: Documentation Needed

Hi - I want to do auto-enrichment with Salesforce. Essentially, any new leads that enter salesforce with specific values in a field on the lead record should be enriched by Clay in Salesforce. Is there any documentation or examples on how to do this?
