Hey Clayizen, After working with over 50-60 clients, I’ve realized that many are sharing their desired prospect ICPs, rather than the ones they’re actually serving. This has sometimes led to a mismatch in expectations and results. To address this, I developed a manual process to identify real ICPs by analyzing their existing clients. But yesterday, I had an epiphany—I can use Claygent to build an ICP Finder to automate and streamline this process. Has anyone faced similar issues, and does an ICP Finder help? I can share the table once it’s done.

    Very cool idea on using existing data to shape ICP profiles.. Yes, helping clients to understand their ICP is something that often arises when working with clients. If ok, pls share the table

    Had the same problem. It seems like nowadays people are building tools and solutions without narrowing down to a specific icp. And that’s fine as long as you have enough time and money to test who fits best.

    Hi Nishil, this is a great idea thanks for sharing! Would love to see your table once completed. I also wanted to let you know that we have a Claygent prompt template called "Company Analysis" which can identify the ICP and current customers of companies in your list.     Hey Tanvi, This is amazing, I'going to use it for sure in my outreach. My idea was to zero down on company & people level where it can be used to find people & companies.

    From my experience, this is a problem for most early stage companies - they idealize an ICP, and if they’ve already closed deals, forget that they’re sitting on the easy button - companies that are similar to the ones they’ve already sold to. I’m psyched to see what you’re working on!
