Hey Clayizen, After working with over 50-60 clients, I’ve realized that many are sharing their desired prospect ICPs, rather than the ones they’re actually serving. This has sometimes led to a mismatch in expectations and results. To address this, I developed a manual process to identify real ICPs by analyzing their existing clients. But yesterday, I had an epiphany—I can use Claygent to build an ICP Finder to automate and streamline this process. Has anyone faced similar issues, and does an ICP Finder help? I can share the table once it’s done.
